This story is weird and yet cool.

A detective that looks like a delinquent, and the other one that looks like any ordinary office woman.

Although this is a one-shot you get the complete story about the delinquent looking detective.

He just wants to be awesome and strong, nothing more.

I can't really say too much or else I'll spoil the whole thing as no matter i can think of it will give away the ending.
What i can say is that there is seduction, life-staking games and some pretty good action.


Art : What I'm used to see from the old days around the 80's. This style makes me remind a lot of that time.
Story : Decent.
Page-count : Good.

In this one shot from Death note they are simply looking back at what 'Kira' or Yagami Light has gone through.
In other words in this one shot there will be another 'Kira' that steps in Yagami's steps as Kira but then finds out that it is harder then thought.
























It is a side story to show that none other then Kira was the perfect human grim reaper.


Art : As said before Death note has its unique style which makes it awesome although that style is also repeatable and noticeable in many characters.
Story : Gives us a view of what humans need to posses to be able to maintain their sanity.
Page count : Almost a volume on it's own! But nonetheless amusing to read.

I don't know what to think of this one.
I just don't understand where it wants to go except to 'go for it' in this one.
Is it about love or courage, strong will or shyness. I do not know.

It did keep me interested until the end but too bad to find out it was all about "ganbare".

Touching as it is, this kind of motivational one-shots are nothing for me.



Art : Great! I love the hairstyles and the eyes.
Story : Decent and catchy.
Page count : Decent.

I had a good laugh with this one even when it's yaoi you don't see anything about it nor is it suggestive but the style and the way the story goes yeah, yaoi...

It's about a lottery ticket and a young man gets three of his wishes granted.




Art : Decent

Story : Funny, easy to get in to. If you are depressed and still are after reading this one then, you really are depressed ....

Page-count : Perfect. I want to see more gags like this one.

Death note, a serie that quickly bored me and i can't understand why many people are obsessed with Death note.

I mean, the plot is one-way line to track down Kira by luring him in.

For me the story goes like this ;

Boy wants to be a hero of justice, finds a book that would give him the powers to work out his "dream".




He needs to know the name and for half his lifespan he would've gotten the shinigami's eyes 'more power for justice' which he didin't accept.



He uses his power for "good" as he kills criminals with the power of the note.


In the meantime while the servants of justice (cops) are on his tail as he also kills people that just stole from shops which is unreasonable.
He just toyed with them and then killed them like he killed criminals.

I just hated where the story went to, he still thought he was acting with justice even when he was killing innocent people.



One thing i don't get is why L had only Yagami as a suspect and why Yagami was the mister impossible.

With mister impossible i mean his door 'trick' to see if anyone entered his room.




What i do like is the art, it is incredible in every way.

Now i did say that i think Death Note is boring and repetitive but that does not mean i didin't like the story itself.
The story is fascinating but as i said before repetitive.

They're closing in on him, he kills them, and over and over again untill they finally understood the way he did it at caught him but unfortunatly he died.





Art : Very good.
Story : Interesting for a few chapters then repeats itself.
Page count : Too long.
