Tailenders

~The Anima-Ture~

I recently watched this one and had to say it is very appealing to watch if you like cars, speed, madness and destruction.

Even when logic fails us i am sure Tailenders won't.

I never liked anime about racing or even TV shows with racing or games with racing and in short i hate racing.

But Tailenders made me curious about Redline as they got the same kind of art style and animation.

Tailenders is a one-episode run so it won't hurt to watch it.
I really suggest you all to watch this one as this story does hold a certain twist that would keep you interested in just 27 minutes!

Spice and Wolf II Specials

I don't know what got into them but this is just as good as worthless to have spend time on.

Two 'specials' each lasting about 2 minutes teaching us the difference between bread in the medieval times.
Although i liked this part, (because i like history) i kind of kept watching as it does not take much time.
You even learn how to boil wine to 'brandy' in a very short 20 seconds.

Then for the second 'special' we learn the Yoitsu style of stretching which could rather be the 'ookami' or the human wolf ways of stretching your body limps.
They're basically the same as normal stretching but then they add the ears and the tail....
I just don't get it.

Horo is cute without a doubt but this is just plain boring while it is somehow meant to be a little fanservice.

I gave the Spice and Wolf II specials a  1 out of 5 on Anime Planet

Tsuki no waltz

~The Anima-Ture~
This is without a doubt, a very touching story.
I felt like crying when i got by the ending.
I felt hate when reading and disappointment halfway reading it.
I just can't explain the beauty of this story!

It is on the other hand, a story we all know but in many different variations.

A rich family who is indebted by a richer family or a family that holds diplomatic stances and rules to have their children marry to keep the bloodlines.
There are thousands of variations but i liked this one for a fully 100%!

Art : beautiful
Story : One of the most romantic stories I've read so far.
Page-count : couldn't be better.

*additional notes*
I really recommend everyone to read this one.
If you don't understand this one-shot then i suggest you learn more about humanity, love and romance.

Although this is a romantic one-shot, the romance part is hidden but yet noticeable.

~The Anima-Ture~

You got those moments when reading a Manga or watching an episode where the infamous 'dots' of 'what?' or 'what the hell?' appear.
In this one-shot, i got that feeling the whole time.

It starts cute and innocent and suddenly turns into a strip party?

This is just too much for a one-shot in my honest opinion.

Okay we like a lot of graphics and many things to look at because we simply hate empty backgrounds but this is just way too much.

On some pages you don't even know what you're looking at.
A sword? More like a broken pillar with an iron bar peeled out (must read to understand).

Story : Below average.
Art : Great if it ever gets serialized, otherwise just too much.
Page-count : i got a feeling there are more like these so I'm not sure why this is stamped with 'one-shot'.

Aki-chan no Iibun

~The Anima-Ture~

For this one you really have to be in the world of Japanese humor.
If not, then you will think of this one as nothing more then crap.

I suggest reading this entry when you have at least 2 years of knowledge or decent enough knowledge about Japan and in short, their way of thinking and doing.

I had to think about this one too while there isn't much to think about.
This is just about a person who can't get his sleep because there is a couple getting it on right next to his room, every night.

He can't sleep, he is imagining things and yes, the couple is a homosexual couple.
The funny part is that this person can let anyone do his bidding while not really noticing it but you'll get to see what i mean by that.

This one is not a must read but if you do know a lot about Japanese humor then i suggest you read this one.

Art : Good.
Story : Decent.
Page-count : Good.

I gave Aki-chan no Iibun a 3 out of 5 on Anime Planet
